114 have been hospitalized with COVID-19 in Kansas

Health officials have released the latest COVID-19 virus numbers for the state of Kansas as of Wednesday.

Kansas has 482 cases of the virus, up 12.6% from the day before.

Sedgwick County has 64 positive cases, up 8.4% from the previous day; there has been one COVID-19 death recorded in Sedgwick County.

There have been 114 patients hospitalized in Kansas with COVID-19.

Among the positive cases in Kansas, there have been 10 deaths (2%), and nearly 24% have been hospitalized.

Among Kansans tested for the virus, 8% have tested positive, and 92% have tested negative.
