A 'Grinch' damages the Arc's Christmas Lights

For more than two decades the Arc's Lights have been a holiday fixture on west Second Street in Wichita. Kevon Fish is executive director of the Arc of Sedgwick County ... a non-profit that serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Fish tells KNSS News part of the two million-light attraction has been vandalized. someone cut 50 power cords and stole two control boxes for the popular Singing Light Bulbs display. Fish says it took a "couple hundred manhours" to build the display ... which will not be quickly or easily replaced.
