WASHINGTON (AP) — The National Urban League is putting the focus on voting rights ahead of the 2020 elections.

The group's State of Black America report out Monday says the threat of Russian interference combined with voter suppression could make it difficult for minorities to vote.

The organization is calling for the elimination of discriminatory voter I.D. requirements and the expansion of voter registration.

They also called on the creation of a national commission and a special prosecutor to eliminate foreign voting interference.
