Christmas Express at Wichita's O.J. Watson Park kicks-off

The Wichita Parks & Recreation Department kicked-off its annual Christmas Express at O.J. Watson Park on Friday night.

The event begins with a reading of the holiday classic “Polar Express.”  The evening also  includes crafts, a train ride to the North Pole, S’mores, hot cocoa and a visit by Santa.  

The event takes place every Friday and Saturday night through the end of December.

Tickets are $16 per person.
