Sedgwick County Commissioners Monday made it official, County Counselor Eric Yost is out of a job. Nov. 7th commissioners put Yost on administrative leave after he was accused of violating attorney-client privilege.  Interim County Counselor Michael Pepoon outlined the County's settlement with Yost.

"Mr. Yost will be receiving a settlement of $77,077," said Pepoon.  "This payment reflects 6 months of salary and an equivalent amount of money to pay for Mr. Yost's health insurance for 2019."

Yost's problems began amid a controversy that involved an investigation of members of the commission by the FBI.
