How do you deal with "March Madness in the Workplace" ... employees paying too much attention to the brackets and the games? Dr. Paul White is a Wichita psychologist who focuses on workplace relationships. He says the challenge is to handle these situations and still get the work done. He says management should communicate ahead of time what their expectations are. He says watching games during work time presents a challenge for those who go to the office to work.

White says one compromise might be designating an employee to monitor a game, and alert the other employees when the game reaches a crucial point.
