Before 4:00 a.m. Thursday, fire and police officials responded to a building fire in W. Wichita's Delano neighborhood.

Fire crews found heavy fire in the rear of the building in the 900 block of W. Douglas, housing Idle Hands Tattoo and Piercing; rescue workers were able to evacuate people in residential areas on the upper story of the building.

36-year-old Cassie Grover, a former employee of the tattoo business, was identified as a suspect in the case, and she was located just a couple blocks away at the Quik Trip at Douglas & Seneca.

Grover was booked into jail on charges for burglary, theft, and aggravated arson.

The fire caused $230,000 in damage; investigators believe the fire was set intentionally.
