Father, son arrested for separate Wichita crimes

A father and son are keeping crime in the family.

Wichita Police say 47-year-old Mark Neugebauer was arrested for attempting to break into a coin-operated machine at a carwash near Oliver and 21st Street North on May 2.

The elder Neugebauer is facing multiple charges including burglary, theft, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernaila.

Through their investigation, police were led to Neugebauer's 20-year-old, Kyle, and he was arrested for an April burglary he and his dad participated in.

No word on what type of charges Kyle is facing.
