Group arrested after robbery attempt in Hutchinson

Hutchinson Police say four people were arrested for attempted aggravated robbery.

It happened Friday afternoon at the RV park on the Kansas State Fairgrounds.

When officers arrived, the victim, Armando Castillo, Jr of Mineral Wells, TX said four suspects got inside his camper and battered him.  He grabbed his firearm and fired shots to alert neighbors.

Police say that one of the suspects came to the RV, intending to rob Castillo Jr. of money. 

The four suspects, all from Wichita, were arrested on suspicion of attempted aggravated robbery. Kaleb Schyler-Beard, 22; Kerrah Schulze, 23; Richard Fenters, 20; and Blaine White, 22.
