Wichita’s new baseball team now has a new name. Many opinions have been tossed around on social media for the past several weeks about possible team names. Wednesday night the team revealed their official choice, The Wichita Wind Surge
The Triple-A farm team, affiliated with the Miami Marlins, is replacing the unaffiliated independent team, the Wingnuts.
