Secretary of State and GOP gubernatorial candidate Kris Kobach spoke out against people in the U.S. illegally at a rally held at the old court house in downtown Wichita, Saturday morning.

The Wichita Eagle reports Kobach blamed illegal immigrants for multiple problems the state is facing including stealing jobs from americans and tuition increases at state universities. If elected governor, Kobach says he would put an end to in-state tuition for young people brought to the U.S. illegally as children.

Kobach was joined by his running mate, Wink Hartman, and Republican state Sen. Ty Masterson, of Andover.

Bill Anderson, one of three rally protesters, shouted at Kobach noting that nearly all of the supporters attending the rally were white.

Kobach addressed the protesters while speaking, calling them "snowflakes" who expressed "fake outrage."
