Longwell thanks veterans and their families

Mayor Jeff Longwell encourages all Wichitans to express their gratitude to veterans on this Veterans Day ... saying "we owe so much" to veterans and their families.
Longwell tells KNSS News he will not seek public office again ... after his recent loss to mayor-elect Brandon Whipple. He says "there is life after being mayor" and he owes his family more time.
At Tuesday's meeting, Spirit AeroSystems willl ask the Wichita City Council to issue 23 million dollars in bonds ... to finance expansion of Spirit's facility in southeast Wichita.
Longwell commented during Mondays with the Mayor ... on the Steve and Tded in the Morning Show on K-N-S-S.
