An arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of a Wichita man over the weekend.  The shooting happened just after 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning in the 800 block of West 26th.

Officers arrived and found the man, identified as Patrick Ball-Morse, 23, dead.  Wichita Police Lt. Todd Ojile says the investigation revealed a disturbance between a woman, and Morse, who was described as her boyfriend.  During the disturbance, the woman's brother, identified as Robert Hall, 34, allegedly brandished a firearm and shot Morse one time.

Hall fled the scene, but was arrested Monday afternoon in Perry, Oklahoma while traveling to Dallas on a bus.  He was taken into custody by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol following information received by Wichita Police.  He was arrested for outstanding warrants.
