Multiple cases of vandalism have been reported in W. Wichita's Delano neighborhood.

The first case was reported late Wednesday night by an employee at The Monarch, near the Clock Tower roundabout at Douglas & Sycamore.

An unknown suspect had etched the letters "CASER" into a glass door at The Monarch. Police checking the area then discovered seven other buildings at which the same vandalism had occurred on commercial windows and doors. These victims were all located along the W. Douglas corridor, between the Arkansas River and Seneca.

The suspect, seen on surveillance video, was described as a man in his late teens or early 20s, wearing a heavy black hoodie, with light-colored patches on the shoulders, and tan pants.
