One person is dead and two others injured after a two-vehicle accident in western Reno County. The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened Wednesday afternoon.  A car north-bound on a county road stopped at a stop sign on U.S. 50, then pulled out onto the highway and was struck by a semi truck pulling a cattle trailer.
