One injured in south Wichita house fire
The fire happened on south Ellis near Linwood Park

One person was injured in a house fire this morning in south Wichita. Just before two a.m. first responders were called to the 19-hundred block of south Ellis. It took just over 20 minutes to bring the fire under control.
One person suffered smoke inhalation and possible burns to the back. The victim was hospitalized with possibly serious injuries. Red Cross was called to the scene to assist one adult.
