A Kansas boy's parents might have to pay 100K for a sculpture their child toppled at a wedding reception last month.

The sculpture was at the Tomahawk Ridge Community Center in Overland Park.

Surveillance video of the incident shows Sarah Goodman's five-year-old son hugging a sculpture on display before it topples over on top of him.

Goodman says she figured the piece was costly, but estimated its cost to be less than 1000.

She was later informed that the sculpture cost 132,000.

The city calls the incident an unfortunate situation but says the artwork should not have been touched.

Goodman and her husband questioned the safety of the piece. It wasn't in plexiglass or even tied down.

Time will tell what happens next.
