Police.  Arrests made in Wichita indecent liberties case

The Wichita Police Department has arrested Kyle Ellery, 19, on charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, sexual exploitation of a child, contributing to a child's misconduct, and aggravated interference with parental custody.  

Devin Miller, 20, has also been arrested on charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, contributing to a child's misconduct and aggravated interference with parental custody.

This past Thursday, Exploited and Missing Children investigators received information from the FBI's Wichita Office, of a runaway girl, 14, being in Wichita.

Investigators began looking into the case and located the girl at a residence in the 2700 block of North Amidon.  Miller was also located on Amidon and arrested without incident.  Ellery was located at a residence in the 2300 block of North Sommerset and was arrested without incident.

The investigation revealed, the girl was picked up by Ellery in Missouri and brought back to Wichita for purposes of inappropriate relations.  Through the examination of evidence and interviews, both Ellery and Miller were arrested.

The investigation is ongoing and will be presented for formal charging.
