January 30, 2019 - 9:35 pm

**UPDATE** Mr. Harbour has been found safe**

The Wichita Police Department has issued a second silver alert for a missing Wichita man.  Earlier, the department issued an alert for Perry Harbour, 50.

Shortly before 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a welfare call at a home in the 1900 block of W. MacArthur.  They contacted Harbour’s son, 23, who said his father has been having a mental health crisis over the last couple of days and suffers from dementia.  They released an update saying Harbour had been found safe.

Police now say Harbour was last seen fleeing his home in the 1900 block of W. MacArthur.

He was driving a white 2003 Chevy truck, with Kansas tag number 187JVZ.

Harbour was wearing a black hoodie, no shoes, torn clothing and black sweatpants. It is believed he may not be able to properly care for himself and is in need of immediate medical care.

If you know where Harbour is or if you see him you are asked to call 911 immediately.
