Sedgwick County Sheriff's Deputies to step up enforcement on Kellogg

March 31, 2019 - 5:55 am

If you travel Kellogg in eastern Sedgwick County, get ready to see an increased law enforcement presence starting Monday.

For two weeks, Sedgwick County Sheriff's Deputies will be out in force as part of a safety campaign to reduce accidents. They will also be looking for motorists who speed, follow too close, fail to signal, not wearing seat belts, and who may be under the influence of alcohol.

The enforcement is made possible by a grant from the Kansas Department of Transportation.
