This from Wichita Police:

Wichita Police Department (WPD) has identified the victim of a fatal accident Wednesday as 14-year-old Aryana Lay of Wichita.  At approximately 11:40 a.m., officers responded to an injury accident in the 1000 block of North Tyler Road.  Upon arrival, officers located Lay trapped in a red Pontiac G6.  Fire and EMS attempted life-saving measures, but Lay was pronounced dead on the scene. The investigation revealed that Lay’s 38-year-old father was driving south on Tyler in a red Pontiac G6 at a high rate of speed.  He lost control of the vehicle and spun into a green Ford F-150, driven by a 41-year- male and a black Ford F-150, driven by a 65-year-old male.  Both vehicles were traveling north on Tyler.  The 38-year-old driver of the Pontiac was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.  The other two drivers were not seriously injured.
