Some Kansas counties are seeing a spike in the numbers of COVID-19 cases. And Wichita Mayor Brandon Whipple tells KNSS News we may see an increase in positive cases in Sedgwick County, as more people stay indoors during colder weather and more people are back in the classroom. And Whipple says as cases increase in counties with fewer restrictions and safety meadures, it means more patients in Wichita hospitals.

On another issue, the City of Wichita is revamping its ecomomic development incentives to get more help to small businesses. Mayor Whipple says during tough economic times, some people start their own businesses. Whipple commented during Mondays with the Mayor ... on the Steve and Ted in the Morning Show ... on KNSS.
