WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - A well-known Wichita attorney made his first appearance in federal court Wednesday.

Brad Pistotnik is accused of fraud, conspiracy, and making false statements to the FBI.

The U.S. Attorney said Pistotnik and David Dorsett, a computer software engineer, were responsible for cyber attacks on websites that posted information critical of the lawyer's work.

During the hearing, charges were read, and Pistotnik entered a plea of not guilty.

Pistotnik was released on bond. He will not be allowed to travel internationally.
