Wichita State student and former student killed, 2 others injured in Oklahoma crash

WICHITA, Kan. (KNSS) - A student who attend Wichita State University, and a former student were killed, and two others were hospitalized following an accident in Oklahoma,

It happened around 2:00 a.m. Wednesday morning on the Cimarron Turnpike near Red Rock in Noble County. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says that a Dodge minivan was westbound and collided with a semi that was stopped on the side of the road.

Two passengers in the minivan died at the scene. They were identified as Laura Ratley, 20, of South Hutchinson and Rebecca Fulcher, 21, of McPherson. 

The driver of the minivan was identified as Ryan Fulcher, 22, and a third passenger, Leah Ratley, 24 were both hospitalized in Stillwater. 

They were reported to have been driving back to Kansas after attending a concert Tuesday night in Tulsa.
