Wichita toddler injured in home shooting

A toddler was hospitalized after being injured in a shooting. It happened around 2:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon near 24th and Chautauqua.
Police said several people opened fire striking a house with a 7-month old boy and his father were inside. Both were taken to a Wichita hospital and treated.
The child received stitches in his hand and wrist due to being struck by shrapnel. Police are still looking for the shooters, no arrests have been made in the case.
