In pro baseball, the American Association All-Stars take on the Can-Am League All-Stars Tuesday night in Ottawa, Canada, as the two leagues showcase their best players in an All-Star Game.

Two members of the first-place Wichita Wingnuts are starters for the American Association: designated hitter Matt Chavez, and outfielder Harrison Kain.

Chavez leads the American Association with 65 runs driven in; he's also tied for second in hits, second in total bases, third in batting average (.336), fourth in extra-base hits, and seventh in home runs.

Two more Wingnuts are American Association All-Star reserves: utility player TJ Mittelstaedt, and catcher Martin Medina.

Mittelstaedt leads the American Association with 45 walks; he's also tied for second in runs, fourth in RBI, and fifth in on-base percentage.

Medina is second in the American Association with a .337 batting average.

Game-time temperature for Tuesday evening in Ottawa is expected to be an idyllic 73-degrees.
